You may have a lot of questions about how Hypnotherapy and Transformational Life Coaching Works. It’s also equally important to know how my practice works. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions.

How much does transformational life coaching with hypnotherapy cost?

Prices vary depending on what treatment is required. Package pricing and my ‘Living a More Joyful Life’ Program are available to suit your needs and budget.

How long is each session?

The first session is generally about 90 minutes. Together we will review the history of your issues and concerns and your medical history in detail. I will explain how transformational life coaching with hypnotherapy works and answer all your questions before we begin your first session. Each session and guided visualizations are customized specifically for you. I record guided visualizations during the session and send them to you via email so you can listen to them whenever and wherever you want for additional reinforcement.

Subsequent sessions are usually 75 minutes. We will discuss your progress, and any concerns. Suggestions, advice, hypnotherapy techniques or guided visualizations will be tailored during each session to help you continue on your path to living a more joyful and fulfilling life.

Is hypnotherapy covered by insurance?

I have found that some Flexible Spending Programs will cover hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

What forms of payment do you take?

I accept credit cards, Paypal, personal checks and cash. A $5.00 service charge is applied to payments made with a credit card or through PayPal.

How do I set up my first appointment?

To hold your first appointment, I need credit/debit card information (MasterCard or Visa) for my records. Your credit card will not be charged unless you cancel without 48-hour notice. If you need to cancel due to an unavoidable emergency a $50 charge will be applied to your credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 48 business hours to reschedule daytime appointments. Saturday and after 5PM sessions, which are in the highest demand, require 72 hours prior notice. Sessions not cancelled per the policy will be billed to your credit card at full price. However, I try to be flexible in most situations, so be sure to call me to see what we can do to help you.

Do I need to fill out forms?

Please download, print and fill out these forms before our first session. It saves us both lots of time.
