For several months I have felt called to shift my focus to help both women and men on a wider scale to become more empowered, confident, and compassionate.
In addition to my private practice as Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and Spiritual Guidance Counselor, since 2007 I have dedicated myself to exploring the Divine Feminine. Using these sacred female archetypes as role models, I have shared teachings on personal and spiritual growth and self-empowerment.
In the past year, however, I’ve noticed a shift in interest and focus among both women and men toward developing knowledge and the tools to help them cope with the confusion and many challenges of our turbulent times. People want to become more confident and empowered, feel less anxious, have more influence, and experience more joy in their lives.
It is clear that the recent pandemic and the state of our world and environment have created increasing instability at both the personal and global level. Both women and men are feeling greater insecurity and are less certain about their direction and purpose, and the economic, financial, ethical health of the world. Many people are feeling anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, unhappiness, and, for some, there is a prevailing sense of hopelessness.
Our patriarchal society is not serving any of us well. The old white male establishment, including male-identified women, is struggling to stay in power while the new voices of the Gen Xers, the Millennials, and now the Gen Zers are beginning to cry out for something different. The younger generations see the world they are about to inherit, and they aren’t happy! Something needs to give, but ‘how’ and ‘what’ are the big questions.
I am not a revolutionary, nor an activist. For almost 20 years I have helped people in my private practice become more confident, overcome anxieties, and feel more empowered so they can live more joyful and fulfilling lives. Though I have loved sharing the wisdom and teaching of the Sacred Feminine, I feel called to address the greater needs of so many people who are struggling.
I am only too aware that people need guidance and hope. However, many of you just can’t afford private coaching sessions! Therefore, I am shifting the focus on my classes and have decided to make my knowledge available to the wider community at an affordable price.
I will be offering a series of 6 classes in 2023 on topics such as:
- Transform your Money Story and be more abundant
- Stop the negative self-talk. Become your own cheerleader!
- Break free from unhappiness by changing the old stories you believe about yourself
- Make yourself a top priority and become more joyful
- Manage your anxiety so you can live with greater ease
- Setting Boundaries – Saying no without guilt
In each class you will gain insight on how to become more self-aware and confident so you can live more joyfully and with greater fulfillment. Though I will be focusing on more secular topics, I will still weave in the teachings of the Sacred Feminine, for this ancient wisdom still has much relevance today. These teachings are about self-awareness, love (including self-love), compassion and tolerance ‑ themes that will be continuing threads in the upcoming classes.
Some topics may appeal to you, perhaps others not so much. Each class is designed to be a self-contained learning experience so you can pick and choose what resonates. I hope you will be as excited as I am about this shift in my offerings for 2023. I hope it will be a time of expanded growth and self-empowerment for all of us.
These classes will be held on on-line Saturdays from 10 to 12 at To-Be-Determined dates. The fee will be $27. Each class will include:
- A lesson and helpful tools
- Exercises to enhance your understanding and facilitate your ability to put these lessons into practice
- Opportunities to share ideas in both a small and large group format.
- A guided visualization to help remove resistance to change, instill confidence, and/or reinforce the new concepts and ideas presented.
The first class, Transform your Money Story and be More Abundant, will be on January 21, 2023. I will be sending out registration notices in early January.
